Three of the beautiful lakes nearby are Smalsjön, Erken, and Gisen. Smalsjön has a small well-kept sandy beach and is popular among families in the village. Since the lake is moderately sized, the water becomes warm early in the season. Erken is the third-largest lake in Uppland and therefore considerably cooler.
