Welcome to the croft Nedanby (Edsbro, Norrtälje)

Our 17th century croft has much preserved charm combined with all the modern comforts needed for your stay. The relaxing surroundings consist of an open agricultural landscape with meadows and fields. In between, the cows graze around the knot. It is close to the forest for walks, berries and mushrooms. You can take an evening dip in one of the three bathing lakes that you go to in less than ten minutes. Child-friendly with trampoline, slide, travel cot and high chair. Large TV, fast internet and electric car charger.

About the house 

If you turn right in the hall, you reach a larger bedroom/living room with a single bed, sofa bed for two people, TV and wood stove. Furthermore, you come to the house's master bedroom with a double bed and tiled stove (decoration). The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The bathroom with shower is newly built, has a high ceiling and a crystal chandelier as the finishing touch. In a separate room there is a WC, washing machine and dryer. Well-sized terrace with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue. The house's air heat pump provides a comfortable temperature, both in summer and in winter.

You have access to the entire house and garden where you can play games. The garden consists of a lawn with a slide, trampoline and swinging Elk. 

Distance to important places

- Three beautiful lakes in the area: Smalsjön, Erken and Gisen. 

- 45 minutes to Arlanda Airport 

- 30 minutes to the picturesque town Norrtälje 

- 60 minutes to Stockholm  

- 45 minutes to Uppsala  

- 1 minute walk to the bus stop "Lohärads vägskäl västra" where the bus line # 639 goes to Danderyds sjukhus and Tekniska högskolan. See SL's site for time table.  

The nearest grocery stores are in Edsbro (5 km), Rimbo (15 km) and Norrtälje (25 km). 

Other things to note

Bedlinen and towels are included. Traffic noise from the nearby road can sometimes be heard. Comfortable beds for 4 people. Additionally two people can sleep on the sofa bed (extra mattress available in the house).
