Welcome to Västervik and our fantastic 18th century house.

Enjoy a morning dip from a jetty just a few minutes from the house, or walk 15 minutes to Breviksbadet. You can reach the restaurants in the city center in just a few minutes on foot. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV, fast wifi and a Chromecast. Bed linen is included. There is a travel cot for small children.

You rent apartment #3 (out of a total of 3), located on the first floor. The apartment is approximately 120 square meters.

About the apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor. Above the stairs you will enter a small hall with space for outerwear. On your right side you will find two of the bedrooms. To the left is a newly built bathroom equipped with shower. If you turn left from the hall you will reach the balcony where you can see a glimpse of the sea. You also look out over the courtyard with fruit trees, the parking lot and the beautiful older buildings. In the middle of the apartment is the kitchen, dining area and living room in an open floor plan. The dining table seats 6 people and has a TV and sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and freezer and a separate ice maker. The master bedroom with two beds is located beyond the living room. From the master bedroom you will reach the exclusive bathroom which has a whirlpool tub, separate shower, toilet and double sinks. Among the pictures you will find a photo showing the floor plan of the apartment. For those traveling with small children, we provide a travel cot for babies and a high chair (IKEA Antilop).

This is what you have access to

You have a private balcony with a sea glimpse. You rent the entire apartment. There are three apartments in the house. You have access to two patios in the courtyard, these are shared with other guests. 

Other things to note

Bed linen and towels are included. Please take care of our house and leave it in the condition you want to find it. There is a small city street by the house. There is very little traffic here, but you can sometimes hear people passing by on the street. There are blinds in the bedrooms.
Distance to important places
The house is a stone's throw from the sea. As there is a row of houses between our house and the sea, our location is very quiet.
