Welcome to Västervik and our fantastic 18th century house.

Enjoy a morning dip from a jetty just a few minutes from the house, or walk 15 minutes to Breviksbadet. You can reach the restaurants in the city center in just a few minutes on foot. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV, fast wifi and a Chromecast. Bed linen is included. There is a travel cot for small children.

You rent apartment #1 (out of a total of 3), located on the ground floor. The apartment is approximately 60 square meters.

About the apartment

This apartment is located on the ground floor. You enter a small hall with space for outerwear. To your right you will find the apartment's completely renovated bathroom equipped with a shower. Further down the hall you will find one bedroom with two 90 cm wide beds. Central to the apartment is the kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. Kettle and coffee maker. From the kitchen you reach the apartment's second bedroom which has two 80 cm wide beds and a small desk. The living room has a dining table for 6 people, TV and a large sofa with coffee table. For those traveling with small children, we provide a travel cot for babies and a high chair (IKEA Antilop). Among the pictures you will find a photo showing the floor plan of the apartment.

You rent the entire apartment. There are three apartments in the house. You have access to two patios in the courtyard, these are shared with other guests.

Other things to note

Bed linen and towels are included. Please take care of our house and leave it in the condition you want to find it. There is a small city street by the house. There is very little traffic here, but you can sometimes hear people passing by on the street. There are blinds in the bedrooms.

Distance to important places

The house is a stone's throw from the sea. As there is a row of houses between our house and the sea, our location is very quiet.
